Bu d\u00fczenleme ile \u00f6zellikle giri\u015f-\u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f saatlerindeki yo\u011funluk ve olas\u0131 kazalar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilmesi ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Okul \u00e7evresinde bekleyenlere ceza uygulanacak<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Valilik a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda dikkat \u00e7eken bir di\u011fer karar ise okul \u00e7evrelerine y\u00f6nelik oldu.
