Samsung, 10a olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan yeni nesil \u00fcretim s\u00fcreciyle bu s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 a\u015farak tek haneli nanometre seviyesine inmeyi ba\u015fard\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Yeni 4F H\u00fccre Yap\u0131s\u0131 ve VCT Teknolojisi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Samsung, 10a \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecinde 4F kare h\u00fccre yap\u0131s\u0131 ve Dikey Kanal Transist\u00f6r\u00fc (VCT) teknolojisini ilk kez uygulad\u0131. Bu teknik yenilikler sayesinde \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecinin 9.5 ile 9.7nm aras\u0131na \u00f6l\u00e7eklenmesi bekleniyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ares.shiftdelete.net\/2026\/04\/samsungdan-10nm-alti-dram-teknolojisinde-devrim-2.webp\" alt=\"Samsung, DRAM, 10nm, 4F h\u00fccre yap\u0131s\u0131, bellek teknolojisi\" class=\"wp-image-1258932\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mevcut DRAM \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde kullan\u0131lan 6F yap\u0131s\u0131, 3Fx2F \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerinde dikd\u00f6rtgen bir blok olu\u015fturuyor. 4F yap\u0131s\u0131na ge\u00e7i\u015f, 2Fx2F boyutlar\u0131nda daha kare bir yap\u0131 sunarak h\u00fccre yo\u011funlu\u011funu y\u00fczde 30 ile y\u00fczde 50 aras\u0131nda art\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu yap\u0131sal de\u011fi\u015fiklik, sadece daha yo\u011fun bir kapasite sa\u011flamakla kalm\u0131yor, ayn\u0131 zamanda enerji tasarrufuna da katk\u0131da bulunuyor. Samsung, bu yeni teknolojide silikon yerine \u0130ndiyum Galyum \u00c7inko Oksit (IGZO) gibi yeni malzemelerden yararlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IGZO kullan\u0131m\u0131, daralan h\u00fccrelerdeki s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 azaltarak veri tutarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korumaya yard\u0131mc\u0131 oluyor. \u015eirket, 10a DRAM geli\u015ftirme s\u00fcrecini bu y\u0131l i\u00e7inde tamamlamay\u0131 ve 2028 y\u0131l\u0131nda seri \u00fcretime ge\u00e7meyi planl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gelecek Nesil DRAM Yol Haritas\u0131<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Samsung, 4F h\u00fccre yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 10a neslinde kullanmaya ba\u015flayacak ve bu teknolojiyi 10b ile 10c nesillerinde daha da geli\u015ftirecek. 10d DRAM nesli ile birlikte ise 2029-2030 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda 3D DRAM teknolojisine ge\u00e7i\u015f yap\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sekt\u00f6rdeki di\u011fer \u00fcreticiler farkl\u0131 stratejiler izliyor. Micron gibi rakipler 4F planlar\u0131n\u0131 beklemeye alarak do\u011frudan 3D DRAM teknolojisine odaklanmay\u0131 tercih ediyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7inli \u00fcreticiler ise geli\u015fmi\u015f litografi ekipmanlar\u0131na eri\u015fim k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar\u0131 nedeniyle 3D DRAM \u00fcretiminde zorluklarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131yor. Ancak 3D DRAM tasar\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n 3D NAND yap\u0131s\u0131na benzerli\u011fi, bu \u00fcreticiler i\u00e7in bir umut kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Artan yapay zeka talebini kar\u015f\u0131lamak amac\u0131yla 3D DRAM geli\u015ftirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 d\u00fcnya genelinde h\u0131z kazan\u0131yor.
